Trouble unziping files. Some body help me?

(First, excuse me for my bad english).
Well, y downloaded The News II template and installed it successfully on my local host, but during unziping process, winrar asks me if I want to overwrite some files in the folder gk_twn2_clean_quickstart_J17/administrator/components/com_k2/controllers.
The duplicate files are:
extrafield.php
extrafields.php
extrafieldsgroup.php
extrafieldsgroups.php
usergroup.php
usergroups.php
What appens?
Anyone else has happened?

Please try to use some free tool like 7-zip to unzip the template, probably the WinRar have problem with case intensive names like usergroup.php and userGroup.php
