How do i put pictures here please

Hi I am new to this template and i am trying to puzzle out how to put pictures on this page

I have uploaded the quick start template but i am not sure how to put pictures where it says gk demo. Do you have to do this manually or can they automatically appear from images from your articles

Also are there any instructions how to use the template and the news section on this site as i am very puzzled on how to set it up the way i want it to be.

You have to edit K2 articles e.g in your example link it is "Norway Massacre Suspect's 'Other Targets' " article in K2 Entertainment category. Change the image from there.
