Problem installing modules and plugins after quickstart is installed

I installed gk_twn2_quickstart_J!17 on antaryami.net/broadcast , and the website loads with the template. But I am incapable of installing any plugins or mod. i changed the File/directory permissions to 777 (recursively) and still the same problem.

error is

JInstaller: :Install: Failed to copy file /hsphere/local/home/antaryami/antaryami.net/broadcast/tmp/facebook/facebook.php to /hsphere/local/home/antaryami/antaryami.net/broadcast/plugins/authentication/facebook/facebook.php
