This was caused, for us, by the installation folder having the incorrect permission of 775 vs. 755, as do all other folders. This appears to be a Gavick error for which they should have provided support rather than making the customer read through 108 posts or forcing the host to provide tech support for which Gavick is responsible. At best, this is irresponsible, at worst negligence. A credit on our purchase should be offered, or lifetime VIP support. Shame on them!
