News2 not show thumbnail video

Hello! I have a little problem with video thumbnails.

I took the Quickstar to use your item in the best possible way, and I see the video module appears wrong. The small image of the video is not displayed, instead a gray box appears.

I use module NPS Pro 5 with template NEWS2.

Can you help me, please?

As i can understand its a cache issue?did you clear cache and see?
