Meet gavern error after update

Hello to all,

after updating the template I get the following error:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in mysite\templates\meet_gavern\lib\framework\helper.layout.php on line 41

following the advice here turned off "magic quotes", but the error remains, what to do?

Please configure your server according to Joomla! requirements so disable display_errors option in PHP configuration.
