Gamenews database connection error in the setup

Hi,
i downloaded the game news template, and installed the quickstart 2.5 version, but when i reach the database page in the joomla setup, it freeze on the loading page and don't want to go to the next step,

then i tried to install another template "gk_musicity_quickstart_J!25" it works fine with me, but when i tried to install the gamenew template and make it the default theme instead of the musicity theme, the site give me 500 error.

can you help me in this issue.

hard to say anything not seeing,
so please send me full access to back-end (super admin) + URL + link to this post, I will try to check what going on.

Sometimes problems with installing is connected wit server settings,
ask you hosting support it's possible to change to this
