Questions Re: Icki Sports

Hello everyone,

I am not aware if I am placing this in the right place, but figured I would give it a shot. I have always used Icki Sports and love the simplicity and design of it. However, I recently found out that I need to update something, I think in order for it to work properly.

The weird part, I have one that's currently working fine (http://www.levelupathlete.com), and another one that I just uploaded and installed (http://www.stephennave.com/index.php). As you can see, the menu is not appearing and displaying this:

Someone had mentioned that I need to update my Joomla in my server, or need to do something, which I am not aware of nor know how to do it. Can someone help me please, I would greatly appreciate it.

This message appears because you version of Joomla! is not compatible with PHP v.5.3.0

p.s. Never add on forum post which include any passwords! and don't use "admin" for default administrator user! This is mistake which can you cost damage of website(s).
