Hi,
it is NSP GK4 module published in 'mainbody' position. Please go to this module settings and in 'Data Source' tab check which K2 category is it. Then go to k2 items and edit items from this category. There you will be able to change picture.

It is breadcrumb module. So you can set in which pages you want to show it in module settings.

You have to add this css code from topic to override.css option. It allow you to increase width of submenu items. So you will stretch this menu as you wish.

Width value in this code is width of menu. So you need to increase or decrease this value to fit your needs.
