"Unable to find install package" Error Message

Hi, I am trying to upload the template "yourShop" to my site and I'm getting a "Unable to find install package" error message. I've looked in the forum and it looks like this problem:

I have tried to replicate the solution but I cannot find that particular place to put the extracted files, and it is not working for me if the folder is on my desktop. Can someone please help? Please let me know if you need further information.
