problem with toolbar.php and view.php

I just installed the site and get the message:

I haven't done any changes yet.
What is the problem, and how do I fix it?

Please configure your server according to Joomla requirements so disable display_errors option, this was mentioned many times on our forum and you surely find solution when you use 'search' option.

Select server item;
Last select none in Error Reporting.
