Window create defective article

Clicking on the menu of users on the site to create an article the object text is overlapping the buttons save and does not allow the creation of the article ...
Please, what is the solution to this problem?

Hi

Are you sure that you are referring to The News template?
Because The News template is an old template, not supported any more.
Aren't you referring to The World News 2 template?

Nevertheless, please show me your website and give me an author account to test it.
