How to get rid of uppercase in titles and menu

I've changed all the CSS files from "text-transform: uppercase;" to "text-transform:none;" and it is still showing uppercase on my website. Very frustrating as it has taken me over 6 hours to do something very simple I think but it is still not effective. Can you tell me where in these template files controls the uppercase. I don't want everything to be uppercase. Why is this CSS files not responding? please help

Can you confirm you are using The News template and not the The World News 2 template, also if you can post a live link so we can check your website please.

Font you are using "Bebas-Neue" is uppercase only font so you have to use different font which does have lowercase or normal case support.

See this example link and you can see both upper and lower is same.
