How do I Remove the "Home" breadcrum on Frontpage.

Hi,

I would like to get my template looking like the ElveSocial demo. The "Home" breadcrumb does not show on the demo, but it is showing on my site. How do I remove this?

Also, how do I get the Login and Register buttons to show next to the Tools button (as pictured in the demo)?

On mod_breadcrumbs module, you can disable "Show Home" option.

By publishing GK Register module (available on rest files package) on "register" module position and Joomla Login form module on "login" module position.

Thank you. That was a perfect answer! How do I get the Login and Register forms to pop-up in the little window (like on the demo)? When I click on them, they open a whole new page instead of a little pop-up window.

No, my problem still persists. When I click on the Login and Register buttons, they go to the login or register page, the forms do not pop-up in a window.

Och sorry I targeted Your previous problem with breadcrumbs.

I can see Your slide is using jquery and the template is based on mootools. That's two diffrent javascript frameworks (not recomended to use). Please find the propper module in mootools or use one of the jquery non conflict plugin (please search the web).

I installed the plugin and enabled it. The problem still persists. What is wrong with it?

I don't have the link for your website, but from what i read, basically you have some 3th party module or plugin that is in conflict your the template javascript.
So if you don't know where's the problem, try isolate by disable some extensions to find where.

I needed to disable the plugins: "System-Cache" and "System-Mootools Upgrade".


RESOLUTION SUMMARY: - To make the Login and Registration forms pop-up

If you are using ElveSocial template, make sure you DISABLE the following plugins:

- System - Cache
- System - Mootools Upgrade
