Module Positions Not Working

Hello, the site is nycruns.com. it seems like none of the module positions beneath H1 and H2 will function on the front page? Any thoughts?

Probably you didn't update the template properly.

It is a brand new install using all of your latest downloads? Do you have a more useful answer than just blaming me?

This is the first time I've used one of your products but from what I've seen of your forums, compared to Rocket Theme or Azrul, you have a long way to go support wise.

beneath header1 & 2 are banner2 and top1-top8, are you asking about modules top1-top8?

I just tried loading activity stream in top6 and it didn't show up (it is in header2 now). I've tried other positions as well.

As far as I can see You do not have user1, ... position on Your template. That probably came from a diffrent template. Please use top1, ... positions instead.
