how to delete links gk_footer

Hi.
I'm new in Joomla editing.
I have just bought the template "The moment", and I can't find out how to delete the links in the gk_footer, where it says "Terms and conditions" "Join GK E-club" and so on.
Can anybody help me?

you find the file gk_footer.php in templates/gk_themoment/lib/php.
