Hi all,

I'm rebuilding our static site http://www.exception.nl into a Joomla site using the pixellove template (quickstart installed, updated Joomla to 1.6.4.). Development site here: http://www.exception.nl.

I am having a weird problem with the auto-animation feature of the mod_news_pro_gk4 module. I didn't get it to work; it just picked a random content item and never rotated content. Then I by accident enabled the module on the frontpage and as you can see on the second link pasted above, it does work there. It's the one called "testimonials" and it nicely shows all content items at the set interval (if you don't see it animated directly, wait for the FB-content which is apparently loading to be finished...)

The thing is, the module below that one is a News Pro module as well, called "Nieuws" and apparently that is making the module above work. Cause when I deactivate "Nieuws", then "Testimonials" isn't animated anymore. For the record, the "Nieuws" module is not auto-animated.

When you click a subpage like "webhosting", then you'll see the same module at the right top, but it doesn't move one inch in the absence of a second News Pro module on that page.

So my question is; why is my News Pro auto-animated feature only working when another News Pro module is activated on the same page?

Thanks in advance for any replies.

Hi

Most probably the one working alone module is set to use an own script and the other is to use mootools (or the other way) and one of this methods is not working ;/ Please play with settings from advanced settings.
