NSP GK4 1.6 - Not all the thumbnails are resizing

I'm trying to run NSP GK4 1.6 at my Joomla! 1.6 site.
I've copied the settings of my Joomla! 1.5 site.
But in the 1.6, the thumbnails are not resizing.
I see the image-info is pointing to the original location and not to the cache-folder of the module.
In the cache-folder, there is one file.

And for the ten images there are shown in the module, only that images is resized as a thumbnail with the sizes I've set.

Who can tell me what I have to do, so all the images are resized to the settings in the Thumbnailparameters?
