Any way to have the slides load after the site is finish loaded?

I was wondering if it’s possible to make the site finish is initial loading before loading all the slides in G4

I’m using rss generated articles to display in G4 and I try eveverything to optimize the user experience.

The ultimate will be to load the first slide of 4 article, finish load the site and continue with the other slides in the G$ component


Also, I was looking at the possibility to unload image that are not in focus (Mootools/JQuery)

Any ideas to optimize external content in G$ will be appreciated

When I talk of “Slides” it’s the group of 4 rss article....

The big problem here is the images coming from outside server.

I add more cache time in G4, that seem to help. But maybe you have an idea to get the max performance of G4 use in that situation.
