pagination buttons not working?

hi all, just started with what looks like a great bit of kit but have a bit of an issue

i have myself a three column news display with at least 6 articles active

however, i can only get the first 3 articles to show, when i try to scroll to the next 3 the pagination buttons are ineffective

hey. did you ever figure out how to make the pagination buttons work?
mine were, now not. can't figure out what got chenged in the module settings.
