Error: No articles to display

I tried to display an article in News Show Pro GK4 but it returns "error.No articles to display" It displays perfectly from category but when u replace it with joomla articles ID it gives the error. (id is correct) I also tried to put the same configuration as in the demo sites but the same error.
Can any one help

Please check that you have turned off option 'Show only frontpage/featured articles' it is a very common problem.

Well I checked it, does not work when you work on localhost, but changes on a live site its working.
Maybe my setting problem.

Here i am with the same error. It was working with the demo site joomla articles, i thought its working. But once the demo articles was trashed and I inserted my new articles it stop working. the same error Error: no articles to display.

I would not hold your breath, I have been waiting for an age, in the end I just changed to another template, and the mod worked fine.

as my wifey has chosen 'black & white' template now i cant imagine what she will say if i now tell her she cant use it!!! hahah

it must work on this template as it came pre installed with the 'quick install' option for the template we have used....hmmmmm??
