i try turning on create thumbnial but it doesn't work.

Please check if you have PHP GD Library extension enable or try to know which version do you have on your server. Contact your host provider for this matter.

In other hand, if you do have GB Library enable and if it's a recent version, you might also check if your have rewrite permissions on cache directory of News Show Pro GK4 module.
