problem with Pro Show News GK4

Hello,
My problem is this : I installed the Pro Show News GK4 on news site to present information. Sometimes in front end and back end the module generates the error by displaying the following message:

Database error. Cold not connect do MySQL
in a blank page. Just as I update the page on which the module is used and everything appears normal. It bothers me a lot to refresh each page before it is displayed without generating the error.
I want to know if anyone has had this trouble, and how to fix most
