howto change itemID

Hello all,
I use NSP GK4 in a position, and displayed only in the home page.
Once I click on "READ MORE" I wish that only the article is displayed and the NSP GK4 module to disappear
.... But it seems that I stay on the home page
I was heard that the way is to change the ITEMID .. but I'm not an expert

Hope you understood my need.
Any suggestion is welcome
