Integration code for K2Mart

what is the integration code to include k2Mart into NSP4

Yes,

There would be demand to get K2mart into GK4.

I would be very happy, if I could show prices also.
Do you have plans to do this? How much would it cost to make this happen?

Are K2mart and K2store two different components ? I believe the newest version of K2store is already implemented into NSP GK4. Sorry for such question I have never been using that ;/

Hi,

Yes, K2mart and K2store are different coponents.

K2mart uses virtuemart products in K2 items and categories, also it uses checkout and virtuemart database tables.

example our store uses only K2 (K2mart)

K2mart has only one database table, where it integrates K2 item ID and Virtuemart product ID.

At the moment we use GK4 in our fron page
Source of articles - K2 Categories

Because there is already Virtuemart support, I think that this would be quite easy modification (if you know what you are doing - I don't

)

Just make "Source of articles - K2 Categories" also get prices from virtuemart tables (using these ID:s from K2mart table)

I don't see any need to change anything on News Show Pro GK4 for this purpose.
Let me explain better:
K2mart is a component that synchronize Virtuemart products and displays into K2. This means that if you select Virtuemart source on NSP GK4, it will display this VM product on K2 page and not on Virtuemart page.

Try it and see if i'm right

Hi,

There is one problem.

We are using K2 to add product to Virtuemart, so Virtuemart does not have any product images. Also add to cart link will but you in Virtuemart page, not K2mart page.

About produc images.

We have done this in 500 latest products, so it is very big job to upload them manually Virtuemart anymore.

And also Virtuemart does not have product description or short description --- all are in K2

Hi,

I did find a solution to add product images easily to Virtuemart products.

Now I have use my front page Latest product -- Source of articles "Virtuemart Categories", but I don't get discounted prices to show?

Have I missed something?

Sorry. I believe there is no such option in module. NSP support for VM is a new thing so it not all options were implemented yet.

There is a completly new version of NSP module. Please try it. Maby with new features this will be possible to manage.

No not yet, I am not sure what I should do but they way it works now and not being able to show prices is a big problem.
