Using links to categories instead of articles

Hello together,

I am using this module with the wonderful gk_postnote Template and the K2 extension. My question:

Is ist possible to override all links used in this module? I would like to use nsp-modules that use images of my k2-items (which is easy to configure, of course) but after clicking on the images, the k2-category has to be opened instead ofo the item where the image belongs to.
