Pagination is placed under module name box!

Hi,

I had the same problem that the pagination for the News pro was placed at the top! I found the solution at the forum by changing the nsp code from absolute to relative. The problem solved but then I got another problem! The pagination is placed under the Module name area instead of being in front of it!
As it is shown in the image below I want the pagination in the green box!

P.S. I am using joomla for a rtl language website.
