After upgrade, module changes does not take effect immediately

After the upgrade, changes in the module does not take effect immediately. Always, I have to clear the cache and wait and, only after a few minutes, it happens. I mean: 2 corporate 2 template upgrade from 2.0.2 to 2.0.3 and 2.0.4, e joomla upgrade from 1.5.20 to 1.5.21. I am using k2 component 2.4.1 . Before the upgrade it was ok.
