Hello friends,

I got an issue. When I clear my browsers cache and go on my website everythin looks fine. The articles from K2, the menus, the flash and so on is shown correctly.

NOW I click on an article link in the GK4-Module -> only the text from the article is shown. No menu, no flash - nothing but the article and a hardcoded menu to the startpage.
I click on the startpage-link and the site looks fine again.

AND NOW I click again on the GK4-article-link -> the site is shown correctly - with alle the flash and menus...

Do I have to preload something or what I'm missing?!

Thanks for reading this and maybe you have an idea!

Hi

If i understood well what you mean, thats normal behaviour.
When you click on the NSP GK4 link, the article will be displayed on the component/mainbody.
If you want to display modules on same page, that's a question of modules assignment.

Cheers

I dont have a lot modules that are shown on every single page - except that little rest that I see after clicking on the article-link.
The nsp-link that I click should refer to the original article - but what it does is, it makes a new page whith that article in it. And because of that, all components that are not configured in joomla to be on "all pages" are missing.

Is it possible to refer to the original article or is there a workaround?

Thanks :)

Hi

I have exacly the same problem. I have solved it with adding the new position to the article layout file in templates/xxx/html/com_content/article/default.php

Code: Select all
      <jdoc:include type="modules" name="inset_article" style="gavickpro" />

But if there is a simple way than I would like that information too :)
