I have my NSP GK4 set in a module on my site.

when I click an article the article opens but it opens below the module..?

Thus the NSP GK4 module is on every article page.

How can anyone browse my site when it wont go away? I have it set to appear only on one page.. the home page.

ideally you should be able to click an article and go read that article without that module appearing.

This is really starting to interfere with my site and my articles as many users are complaing that they have to scroll all the way to the bottom to see the article..

please advise.

Hey Jakobe

It sounds to me as if you put the module into the "mainbody/component" if you do that the content is being pushed down beneath the loaded module. If you want to place your module inside the article i would use the modulesanywhere module. It does also sounds like you have the module showing inside a catefgory/section rather than just a section page.

See if you can disable the module positioning on child items (possibility to make that easier is to get the AdvancedModulesManager module). Those helped me in some regard. If you can provide a link to your site it will make it easier to understand your problem btw.

no,...it is published in a plain ole showcase module, there is nothing special about this module position.

it appears on every article.

but if I publish it appear on the the front page only it doesnt do this.

but selective publishing it to any other or multiple pages...NOT SET TO "all" pages
makes it appear on all the "clicked" pages/articles.

anywho I had to uninstall it, got tired of waiting for a reply.
this was supposed to be a quick and easy addition to the site.

I dislike waiting a week for a support response when I am a paid user.

I dont want to have to install another product to get this product to work.

thanks

Hehe I know the feeling I am no subscribed anymore... My quick addition took 9 days .... sigh... I can usually fix things myself, I figured I'd go on an answer quest and answer anyones unanswered questions (that i could) ;) In matters of support it seems that they could definitely improve here :)

yeah the support needs improvement, since the only reason people have to pay is for support...thats the only reason I joined was to ask a few questions..

only to find out that I dont get timely answers...maybe time to file a dispute in paypal.

technically I havent recvd any thing that I paid for.
