Ability to strip out tabs?

I use a plugin called "Tabs & Slides" as seen here:
http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions ... -tabs/1046

In my articles I put in {tab=what ever you want}, but would like some how for this to be removed in news pro gk4 when showing the articles. Is this possible? I know it does not show page break which is nice.
