Disable info fields (gk_postnote template) ???

For some reason I cannot disable the info (%AUTHOR %COMMENTS %DATE %HITS %CATEGORY) that is configured in the Article Layout of a module.

When I delete the format and save the module, the format info re-appears (I guess that makes sense).

I nog have a situation where this additional information is displayed, but I don't want that. If I look at the gk_postnote demo, I have (as far as I have seen) an identical setup/configuration. All the K2 stuff is identical (I mean parameters for items, categories), the News Show Pro GK4 setup is identical, but where the postnote demo does not show additional info (in the top7|8|10|11 positions), I keep getting it.

What do I need to do???

Did you tried to disable info filed ? (in this part of options where you set order of article fields like header/image/text etc.)

Wow ! How stupid can I be??? I have searched for this field for almost a full day.... and apparently I kept missing/overlooking it.... Man, I feel stupid.
