i need your suggestion

i wanna make a joomla website that contain a featured/latest news same as the screenshot i attached
the featured news contained categories, thumbnail preview, and some latest article title under of it

can i use news show pro GK4 or any suggestion?

Yes, News Show Pro will be the best for this. You can set display everything you need so the image and articles from selected category.
