Add padding-left to title

Hi there,

Have a look at the screencap:



I have added 'padding-left: 10px' to '.nspArt h4.nspHeader a' in the style sheet.
As you can see only the first line from the blue title is effected.
I also automatically want the second (and third line if it's a long title) to have a padding of 10px on the left.

How can I do that?

simple answer: you can not using a padding values, use margin instead.
