Hello....I'm sure I'm probably missing something right in front of me..but is there a way to rotate or have random articles in NSP so the content is fresh?

Hi,
please go to the module settings. Here in 'Data Source' section you will find 'News order' option set it to Randon order and you will achieve what you want.
