What could be the problem?

Hi

Please try disable js compression. You will need to exclude some files from compressed file. There are conflicts with com_community scripts.

I have disabled it through "Advanced Settings - JavaScript compression" in the template configuration.

I have to do something else? It hasn't resolved the problem.

Hi

No it not, but now I can see that conflict is comming from some facebook javascript file, so please try to unpublish it also. Than we see if this is the problem.
