Can't Pictures To Display

I cannot get the pictures to display. I have tried uploading images into the intro and also the full page. Do I have to put the picture in the article?

Also, when I select the option to use Joomla article as data source always get "No Articles To Display" error.

Driving me nuts!

You need to include image to article. Then just please open thumbails tab and select option "create thumbnails". Of course image in layout setting also need to be enabled.
