Hi, how is it possible to show the time the article is written in front of the article's title?
Need this to show that the site is 'live'... using the World News II template with News Show Pro GK4 Normal Mode ...

Thank you in advance for your reply...

Hi

Please use info1 or info2 and set it to be display after header. In this info field please add %DATE as a mask and using parameters for this function http://php.net/manual/pl/function.date.php set the format of this date.

Thank you very much for your response... though can you be a little bit more specific?
where should I put info1 or info2? I do understand that you mean the typography info1 & info2 but where should I put them in order for the date/time to be displayed? this should be done inside a php file? and if yes which one please?

Thank you...

The thing is that in the module, at the article layout settings and the informations I do have the settings I want but these I guess are shown inside the article, not the listing of the articles... correct?

Hi

Please take a look on a screenshot of NSP settings. Just use one of 2 informations fields with %DATE and You will see it on news short.

Had that already...
maybe I wasn't clear enough so I sent a screnshot from the frontpage... I want the date & time to be shown in front or at the end of the article's title on the listing... not inside the article... I have it there, at the article's display page. I want this at the listing...

Hi

The problem was that You've been using links instead of article presentation of NSP. Now everything is visible. You just need to tweak it a little bit. Cut the number of chars visible and maybe add some padding. All within NSP settings.

First of all thank you for your effort...
Though... What do you mean by links instead of article presentation? Please be a little bit more specific so I can understand and fix things right.
Second you managed to show the date... what about the time?

Thank you once more...

teitbite already posted a link to php date / time function.

See screenshot he has posted for "Date Format" which is "d-m-y"
Replace it with "d-m-y H:i:s" which will show as :04-08-11 16:16:29
Replace it with "F d, Y H:i:s" which will show as :August 04, 2011 16:16:29

See following link if you want different views or change the order of date / time.
http://php.net/manual/en/function.date.php

See you around...
