Hi,
NSP has two paginations. Top for NSP elements and bottom for NSP links. But if you want have top and bottom for elments you can't do it without hard code changes.

In modules/mod_news_pro_gk4/tmpl/ you will find views for each module type. Check what mode are you using and then edit file. Unfortunetly this is extra customization and we don't support it.
