Hi. I`ve just download and install newest version from update option - it is describe as 3.3.1 but when i install and check it to my surprise it is a 3.1.3
i downloaded it again because i thing i make some mistake but situation is the same...

pls check this file and version to download from updates

The version for responsive templates is 3.3.1, the version for non-responsive templates is 3.1.3.

so if i using TWNII template i have version "non-responsive" ?

Yes, because the non-responsive templates have a different styling for the NSP module.
