How do I display anchor text on hyperlinks in NSP?

I'd like to be able to include a title for a link <a title="" href=""> and also on images links so that these display. Anchors in my texts are just quite important and I can't see any display at the moment.
Shouldn't this be possible with a few tweaks to the code?

If the title attributes will contain the title of the article then it should be possible using few changes in the code. In other cases it will be probably much more complicated.
