remove gavick-pro from url

How to I remove gavick-pro from the url? Plesae see http://automercadodepanama.com/index.ph ... 60-tuesday for an example

Edit main menu items alias.

If there are any external url menu types change them to k2 category so you can see their alias as when external url is used you cannot see alias.

Sorry but I do not have a main menu alias - I am getting to this page by clicking on Read More in the 'Week Gone By' section on the home page at http://automercadodepanama.com/

Check the name of the category where module is getting these articles from.

Regarding menu alias, you don't have to click a menu to get there, you can get there as you know from your module, but if the category where the module is getting its articles from is already assigned to a menu item with a menu alias "Gavick-Pro" then your url will be like that.

Thanks very much, is there a way of removing the article id from the url as well? E.g.,

You can remove the id from the url but this needs editing joomla core files and not recommended due other components / modules / plugins might not work without it.

Or you can use other SEF Components which can create urls the way you want.
