When title of article goes in two lines complete article text that should be below dissapear.It is happening only when title is long enough to go in two or more lines .I need title to be long so solutions like make title short or similar dont help .

Its on my localhost,need to fix this before upload site online , but saw same problem on few posts here in forum and still no solution.
Somebody solved this with this css modifications:
.nspMainPortalMode3 .nspTitleTab .nspTitle { float: left; font-size: 17px; color: #555; margin-left: 20px; position: relative; z-index:2; max-width: 650px; max-height: 37px; overflow: hidden; }
But If U use this css line than dont show complete title of article only part of it
