I upgraded an existing (working) portal with the new responsive template music_free.
In conjunction with this i had to update this extension.
Now after that, the modules are showed without any problem on the frontend, but in the backend, whether i click on an existing module or create a new one, the page seems only open up a form.

Make sure all files are upload correctly. Try installing again and clear your browsers cache.

Css file is located in modules/mod_news_pro_gk4/admin/style.css so double check it is there.

Clear your browsers cache as it might be still using old css file from cache.

If this only happens on News Show Pro GK4 module please check that Joomla debug is disabled and that there is no javascript errors.

Norman,

thanks for the quick reply.
But i think i was unclear.

When i click on the module / create a new module the only thing which is loaded is a < form > Tag. No html no body no titel, no joomla code.

I already deinstalled and reinstalled the modul. no change.

Main Problem was the memory Limit in php was set to 128M. But as my server has to much K2 Tags, it was running out of Memory.
After raising it to 256M, module works as expected.

Thanks to the fanatstic Gavick Support.

Hi,

I just installed a fresh quick start copy of TWNII and it seems I have the same problem. I tried to install the module again and also raised the PHP memory limit to 256Mb. However this didn't help me. Any further ideas?

Just a quick note, since I'm at the moment on test server, I cannot share admin features.

Installation done with the latest Quick Start package with the latest Joomla! version

Hi finhoc10,

Can you please check if Joomla Debug is enabled, if enabled disable it and module should work ok.

Joomla Admin > Site > Global Config > System Tab > Debug Settings > Debug system "No".
