Admin issues after update

I recently updated to 3.3 and since the update, all the modules now display the images vertically instead of horizontally. When I attempt to make changes to the module in the admin area, the screen is mostly blank with only some of the fields showing. All of the module options for configuration are missing as is the area where you select which menus to assign it to. All that is showing is the start/stop publish, position, language and id. I re-uploaded the files manually, overwriting the existing files, but the issue remains.

Any ideas?
