thumbnail image not transparent...

Please help me on this, pretty please...

i have the News Show GK4, set as one column and only displaying the thumbs to link it to the article pages. my problem is one of the article thumb has a black color back ground but others are okay.

I tried turning off thumb nail generation but still its the same, and if i upload a new file also its the same still it gives the black bg.

I'm using the module on Portal Mode - News Gallery on a joomla 2.5 website.

please let me know how i can have transparent Thumbnails??
