Hi,

Thanks for the PM, I checked the page but somehow I didn't see any problem with it, this is what I got http://easycaptures.com/fs/uploaded/537/8043584298.png

Regarding upgrading the module, you can simply upload new files to override the old ones then your configurations won't be lost for sure.

Hi Don

Thanks for update tip

Well, the module used to have categorized tabs, and its was much easier to work with. Just like on attached pic.

I assumed it was css related.

Can you tell me know, have you ever customized any with the module? Can you perform an upgrade for it to the latest version, if it's the version already can you upload all its files to override the current ones?

Thanks,

Hi Don,

we never customized anything related to module. It came with quickstart package.

I have updated it to latest version, but no luck. CSS problems are still here.

Hi mate,

It may be caused by Advanced Module Manager which I see in your site http://easycaptures.com/fs/uploaded/544/2717400525.png

Please try disabling it to check if the style is back.

Thanks,

Unfortunately, no success. I know this is free extension, and I really wish to thank you for your effort and support.

I can't tell for sure, it was some time ago, but I think that this problem showed up after we transferred multiple websites to a new hosting.
All websites have the same problem with css, and all websites are on World News 2 template.

Could it be something related to that? Maybe some path written somewhere in database? Because I overwritten all module files with latest version, so it can't be files problem.

A developer has checked and said as below:
[5/23/2012 8:32:40 PM] Dziudek: the description of the module is stripped out from HTML tags
[5/23/2012 8:32:46 PM] Dziudek: that's why the scripts and CSS isn't loading
[5/23/2012 8:32:53 PM] Dziudek: it is connected with joomla not with our template

It's exactly what I've told you before, some plugin is doing that which I guess as Advanced Module Manager. Have you tried disabling it to see?
