News Show Pro GK4 problem with thumbnail

Hello,
please I need help.
I just have had configured a news show but the immage of thumbnail is cut under the title. The top part of the immage is covered from the title box. How can I reduce the immage size without stretch it?

It is possible to move the title (heather) at the botom of the slide show?
And it is possible to change the color of the title?
