News Show Pro GK4 ver. 3.0.3 in PORTAL mode

Settings copied from the 'Editors Picks' in World News.

I want to use K2 categories, however thumbnails are not generated from images within the k2 article.

A story/thumbnail is only generated if the image is directly uploaded from 'image tab' of the k2 component.

Is this normal?

Hi

Please try play with settings in thumbnails section of the module. Try if using K2 image or first image from article works. Check also if permissions on modules /cache folder are set to 755.
