bottom nagivation buttoms of next and pre are not showing up

i need your help the bottom interface of next and pre are not showing up only the top navigation button are the ones showing up.but my readers want them to be below the articles.(bottom)i have tried to change but failed when you set the Bottom pagination to all the four interface non of them works.i need you help.

Do you mean that you want to move the navigation buttons to bottom of modules but you can't do that with module's settings? Can you please provide me with backend access and FTP access via a PM for further check?
